Professionally, I'm a licensed massage therapist running Unwind Massage & Wellness for the past 3 years. I also manage Unwind Suites, providing space for fellow wellness entrepreneurs.
Recently, I've taken on a new venture – Social Butterfly – where I help women-owned businesses find their voice on Instagram through video content.
On the personal side, I am married and have a dachshund named Frank. You can find me at the gym or other fitness events, networking with other businesses, or trying out new restaurants. I’m that girl taking pics of my food!
